Purpose of this notice
This notice tells you how PCAN will collect and process your personal data when you access this website. Throughout this Notice, “PCAN”, “we”, “our” and “us” refers to the Place-Based Climate Action Network.
Where we got your personal data from
- From external sources: we use Eventbrite to market our events. Read the Eventbrite Privacy Policy
- From internal sources, specifically the PCAN Fund application form
Data storage
Any information that you provide to PCAN will be stored securely and access will be restricted to members of the project core team. Only data essential for contacting you about news, events and activities will be held, and for as short a time as possible. We will not hold data for any longer than six years.

PCAN will not share your personal data with third parties (without your explicit agreement).
